Refunds & Cancellations

At Insigna, all sales are final once testing has been performed or DNA kits and supplies have been shipped.

• Cancellations: Appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled test. Same-day cancellations are subject to a $50 administrative fee.

• Sample Recollection: If a sample recollection is required and a participant is unable or unwilling to comply, no refund will be issued; however, the test may be rescheduled.

• Test Completion Time: Estimated turnaround times are provided at scheduling and confirmed during testing. While results are typically delivered on time, occasional delays may occur.

• No Refunds: Once testing has begun, refunds are not available under any circumstances.
